Every year at MYSHA we celebrate the winter solstice.
It marks the shortest day and the longest night of the year. It’s a time for us to travel the winter spiral within, to explore our deepest truths and reveal our inner spark, our divine nature.
Together we will journey through a powerful ceremony of nature and the elements, to honour our experience with the sacred arts and healing magic.
Energy exchange $44 includes fire ceremony, mantra (original live music), meditation, sound healing, arts therapy, wisdom sharing with fellow soul travellers, organic herbal teas and delicious healthy treats.
