MYSHA Mothers

Are you parenting a young person with mental health challenges?
It’s unfortunately an all too common experience among mothers in these times we are living in.

If you find yourself wondering what went wrong and searching for answers like so many of us are, then this group may be just the support you need to make sense of things and begin to find healing - for yourself and your family.

This 5 week program is aimed to help you to…

- find a safe space for connection, reflection, peace and healing.

- process your own experiences through creative expression and sharing.

- deepen your body-mind-soul connection and promote safe, emotional expression and regulation.

- practice mindfulness and presence in the midst of caregiving.

- foster self-compassion and resilience.

- find meaning and purpose in the soul journey of parenting a young person with mental health challenges.

- feel better equipped and much more supported in your role as a Mum.

In the MYSHA practice, each weekly session is a healing journey through nature and the arts. You will be professionally guided step by step by our MYSHA therapist, teacher and artist, along with our very special guest facilitator with many years of experience in this space of child and youth mental health and parent advocacy.

Wednesday evenings 6.45-9.15pm 26th Feb to 26th March

Energy exchange for the full program is $220 $250 (early bird rate - pay by 21st Feb). Upon booking you will be sent registration information, what to bring, etc to maximise your comfort throughout the program.
