This beautiful circle honours the full moon in Taurus (Wed 5th) and will support you to find your grounded space to rest in the present moment and take in all the healing you need.

In the sincere and unique MYSHA teachings, you will be guided through a sacred journey of meditation (dhyana), breathing (pranayama), gentle movement (mudras), chanting (mantras), and shared reflection with our small, yet mightily empowered lightworker community (sangha).

The pinnacle of our time together for you personally might be the opportunity to take your turn in the centre of our healing circle to receive the energy and alchemical frequency from the whole group as we move through the MYSHA practice together. If you would like to include a loved one in our healing circle remotely, you may wish to bring a photo of them or have their name written down on a piece of paper to include in our beloved altar space.
